This place is very efficiently run. By the time you put your gown on, your name is called. The staff does not rush you, and are very friendly. I dealt with Lorie in Nuclear Medicine, and she was amazing! She made sure I knew what times I needed to be there for my scans (over a 4hr period) and gave me some ideas to pass the time. Very nice, efficient, gets the job done!

The Banner Imaging in Tempe is where we go to have all our scans & so forth done. We have been going for about 25 years. As always they are very nice & friendly. They get you in as soon as possible & each step is explained to you & they will answer questions. We highly recommend them.

My experience with this office was extremely awesome. The text were super nice well, knowledgeable and very kiind. The receptionist up front. We're very kind and nice to you and make sure everything was done proper. I would recommend this to anyone that I know. I love banner facilities.

10/10 experience from everyone in reception all the way to techs. The personnel of this office are communicative, kind and have great bed side manner. I was tagging along for my partners procedure which we knew would take a few hours. The staff were incredibly courteous even going so far as to offer two patients and myself blankets because we were in a colder part of the building. Amazing and so appreciated! Laurie (unsure of spelling) was absolutely wonderful!

I went in for a MRI with contrast. From the front desk, to the person who took me back and put my IV (very good on the 1st try) to the person who managed the procedure were extremely efficient and kind. Great experience. Thank you Tempe office!

Kudos to Banner Health. I like the location, first for repurposing an older building into a convenient location. It's nice to not have to search for parking and search for the entrance. The check in process is quick and everyone is friendly and helpful.

I was able to get right right in for X-rays the very same day of making an appointment. Once I arrived I only waited 5 minutes before I hady x-rays. Very quick and efficient. Highly recommend Banner Imaging.

Everyone we had an interaction with was friendly and courteous. My daughter was the one getting the imaging done and they made her feel comfortable and less nervous.
